Tone and Trim Zone is a women's only gym in the Melbourne suburb of Ringwood East and it does a fantastic job of keeping its members in shape.
It's annual Fit in 56 Days challenge needed extra exposure so we created a mail drop flyer and used Facebook to spread the word within their area.
